背景
The Coalition of the Willing comprises 36 countries and is jointly led by France and the United Kingdom. MNF-U is the military component of the Coalition of the Willing, commanded by British Lieutenant General Tom Baiman, and its headquarters is moving from Paris to London this year. Poland hosts several training centres for Ukrainian military personnel, including one operating under the European Union's military support mission for Ukraine. German Chancellor Friedrich Merz invited Coalition participants to a November meeting in Berlin on support for Ukraine and strengthening its air defence. A Ramstein-format Ukraine Defence Contact Group session is scheduled for 17 November at NATO headquarters in Brussels.
