ウクライナメディアの見方
Ukrainian media and officials emphasize the immediate shortage of interceptors and the urgency of protecting energy infrastructure during winter. Ukraine reportedly receives about 12 Patriot missiles per month while seeking a winter package of 100 per month. Ukrainian officials also warn that, because Patriot has a long production cycle, deliveries under the approved sale could take years. They have called on the United States and European partners to transfer interceptors from existing Patriot and IRIS-T stocks as soon as possible.
海外メディアの見方
International coverage focuses on the scale and value of the possible sale, the role of Canada, Germany and Norway as financiers, and the US assurance that the transaction will not affect US defense readiness or require additional US personnel in Ukraine. International reporting also highlights the long production cycle and the absence of a published delivery schedule.
報道の食い違い
Earlier Ukrainian reports said the United States was delaying PAC-3 deliveries. In contrast, NATO commander Alexus Grinkevich said Patriot deliveries financed by European allies through the PURL mechanism were continuing without delays. The disagreement concerns the timing of existing deliveries and does not change the approved purchase of 500 PAC-3 missiles.
