なぜ重要か
ブリャンスク州への攻撃は、 depriving Ukrainian cities of the ability to conduct ballistic strikes directly target the Russian missile and air-defense systems that had been used against Kyiv and the Kyiv region. Ukrainian reporting also links the strikes in Oryol to the production capacity of Iskander-M and Pantsir-S1 components. Alongside the Bryansk operation, attacks on logistics depots, drone operators, drone facilities and additional Pantsir complexes formed part of a series targeting Russia’s military capability, logistics, unmanned aerial vehicle operations and defense-industrial production.
何が起きたか
On November 6 and overnight into November 7, Ukrainian defence units struck military targets in Russia and on temporarily occupied Ukrainian territory. Two launchers of the Iskander operational-tactical missile system and a Pantsir-S1 air-defense missile and gun system were hit in Russia’s Bryansk region. The degree of damage to the Iskander launchers was still being clarified. Ukrainian missile forces also used Neptune coastal missile complexes to strike the Proton-Elektroteks facility in Oryol, which manufactures components for the Iskander-M missiles and Pantsir-S1 system. In the occupied Luhansk region, Russian logistics depots near Sokolohirsk and Zahaidariivka were hit, while a concentration area for Russian drone operators was struck near Novobohdanivka in Zaporizhzhia region. The General Staff said attacks on Iskander complexes reduce the Russian army’s ability to launch ballistic strikes on Ukrainian cities.
ウクライナメディアの見方
Ukrainian reports consistently center the General Staff’s assessment that removing Iskander launchers reduces Russia’s capacity to strike Ukrainian cities. The coverage presents the strikes in Bryansk, Oryol, Luhansk, Zaporizhzhia and Crimea as a coordinated series of attacks on Russian military capability, logistics, drone operations and defense-industrial production. Ukrainian sources also provide extensive context on Russian ballistic missile stockpiles, production rates, possible new Iskander capabilities and Proton-Elektroteks’s role in making weapon components.
背景
The November 6–7 strikes came amid a sequence of Ukrainian attacks on Russian military and strategic-industrial targets. Ukrainian intelligence reportedly assessed that Russia had stockpiled up to 700 ballistic missiles by October 2025 and that Russian defense enterprises produced up to 110 ballistic missiles per month. Proton-Elektroteks had also been attacked in October, when its main microchip workshop was destroyed and servers and a building were damaged. Earlier in November, Ukrainian forces struck drone storage, preparation and launch sites in occupied Crimea and a drone depot in Melitopol, while strikes on November 3 and 4 hit two Pantsir complexes and a Russian firing unit in occupied Crimea, a drone command point in Zaporizhzhia region and a materiel depot in Luhansk region. According to the General Staff, 36 Iskander ballistic missiles were launched toward Kyiv and Kyiv Oblast overnight into November 6.
