Volodymyr Zelensky arrived in Istanbul with his team on October 31 and held talks with Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan at the Dolmabahçe residence. The two leaders discussed Ukraine's security, bilateral cooperation, Black Sea shipping, food security, and possible formats for negotiations involving Ukraine, the United States, and Russia. They agreed to work toward making the Black Sea grain corridor more effective.
