キーウ、攻撃で損傷した北部橋を一部 reopening — restriction imposed

なぜ重要か

北部橋はキーウ中央部の重要な交通経路であり、全面通行停止からの部分的な復旧は、市内の交通回復とバス運行再開無人な意義を持つ。ただし、舗装やトロリーバス架線、電力設備の損傷が残るため、車線制限や迂回が必要で、代替経路としてパトン橋に逆方向の車線運用を導入する計画も進められている。

何が起きたか

ロシア軍は11月7日未明、キーウにドローンと弾道ミサイルによる大規模攻撃 conjoint with キーウを袭った。これによって北部橋の舗装、接触式のトロリーバス架線、電力設備が被害を受けた。Immediately after the attack, the bridge was closed in both directions, and the routes of public transport in the city were changed.

11月8日、専門家による技術点検を通じて、橋の通行が temporary restrictions 付きで部分的に再開された。左岸から右岸へは乗用車両のみ1車線、右岸から左岸へは乗用車両と一般車両が2車線 Erzogen 通行できる。Bus service across the bridge was also resumed.

北部橋へ向かう車両には臨時的な迂回経路が指定された。轻型車および自家用車は unbekannt Роман・シュヘヴィチ通りを走行した後、right turnし、shopping center付近で逆方向の迂回を行い、finalにポディル橋へ接続する編成となった。For cargo vehicles, a temporary turning area was arranged on Роман・シュヘヴィチ通り, near the bridge over the Десенка川, after which drivers were to travel back and could turn right toward the Podil Bridge crossing. Police officers provided traffic control and placed temporary road signs indicating the changes in direction.

背景

北部橋は10月3日と4日もロシア軍のドローン 공격を受けていた。パトン橋は2017年から緊急状態にあり、Ukrainian scientists at the National Academy of Sciences assessed its remaining resource as zero in February. On November 6, a second lane toward the right bank was opened on the Southern Bridge, while traffic in the opposite direction remained limited to one lane.
