何が起きたか
ウ克莱in's law enforcement authorities said that the group had recruited military personnel willing to hand over drones for money, using personal contacts, internet advertisements and a dedicated Telegram channel. The drones were taken to a workshop in Dnipropetrovshchyna, where factory serial numbers were removed or falsified, marking and QR codes changed, and software reprogrammed. Through controlled legal entities, the altered drones were then sold to military units and suppliers as new equipment, reportedly allowing the group to receive budget funding for the same hardware more than once.
During the operation, investigators conducted more than 100 searches across nine regions and Kyiv. They seized over 600 drones, nearly 17 million hryvnias in cash, approximately 400,000 US dollars, 11,900 euros, precious metals, jewelry, 15 cars, weapons, grenades and approximately 15,000 rounds of ammunition. The alleged value of the stolen military property was estimated at about 16 million hryvnias.
The case involves 16 suspects and 25 established episodes. The organizer is described as a former service member, with military personnel, civilian intermediaries and commercial companies allegedly involved. The court imposed custody with the option of bail on all 16 suspects. Investigators are examining the full extent of the stolen property, other possible sales channels, possible involvement of military officials and the movement of budget funds. The investigation remains ongoing.

背景
Authorities say the group operated from at least December 2025, with its main base and drone-processing workshop in Dnipropetrovshchyna. Participants recruited military personnel willing to hand over drones for payment through personal contacts, internet listings and a dedicated Telegram channel. The group also created legal entities to conceal the drones’ origin and legitimize its income.
