On October 24, Defence Minister Yevhen Khmara confirmed the restoration and said the result was important for troops, unmanned systems, logistics and communications on the front. He attributed the outcome to direct dialogue and the Ukrainian president’s persistent position at the highest level. The ministry said it continues to monitor the systems.
