トランプ米大統領 irrevocable sanctions against major buyers of Russian oil and gas
On October 16, 2026, Donald Trump paused sanctions against major buyers of Russian oil and gas that had been provided for by H.R. 5334, the “Lindsey O. Graham Sanctioning Russia and Iran Act of 2026.” The president said the pause served U.S. national interests and questioned the usefulness of additional sanctions, saying that Moscow merely laughs at them. He also linked the decision to efforts to secure the release of Stephen Hubbard, who was released on October 21.
