ウィトコフSPEC envoy Talks with Putin in Saint Petersburg
SPECIAL_ENVOY_En_US: American special envoy Steve Witkoff met with Russian President Vladimir Putin in Saint Petersburg on October 21 after holding talks with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky and European leaders in Oslo. Witkoff said the discussions were constructive and that grounds for a ceasefire existed, while Russian presidential aide Yuri Ushakov said Moscow was ready in principle to resume trilateral talks with the United States and Ukraine in the second ten days of November.
