2 November, Russian forces struck a school in Komyshuvakha, Zaporizhzhia Oblast, where humanitarian aid was being distributed, followed by a second strike on a shelter where people had gathered. The latest reports say 24 people were killed and five were injured. Rescue and search operations continued, with Russian drones, gunfire, rubble and heavy smoke complicating the response.
