オスロで米uaisrainian peace talks discussed, Witkoff to carry proposals to Russia
On 20 October in Oslo, Ukrainian, US and European representatives discussed proposals for ending the war in Ukraine, including security guarantees, possible ceasefire formats, territorial issues and post-war recovery. Steve Witkoff was expected to take the proposals to the Russian side, where the main outstanding issue was Moscow’s rejection of a proposal to halt attacks on energy infrastructure.
