オTesla hostilities temporarily halted in occupied Oleshky, humanitarian aid and resident evacuation begin
Ukraine and Russia agreed to a local ceasefire around the occupied city of Oleshky in Kherson region to deliver humanitarian aid and evacuate civilians. The agreement was mediated by US First Lady Melania Trump and signed by Ukrainian Commissioner for Human Rights Dmytro Lubinets and Russian Commissioner for Human Rights Yana Lantratova on 23 October. The ceasefire began at 03:00 Kyiv time on 27 October and was scheduled to last until 22:59 on 1 November.
