ウクライナナ bank's National Bank estimates that the disruption of maritime transport through blocked Black Sea ports could cost Ukraine's agricultural sector $4.6 billion in export receipts from July through December 2026. Iron ore exports may add nearly $0.6 billion in losses, while the shutdown of major metallurgical plants could reduce export revenue by about $1 billion and increase metal imports by $0.4 billion. The bank's baseline scenario assumes the port blockade will last through the first half of 2027.
