Ukrainian forces said a Russian drone struck infrastructure in Bila Tserkva, Kyiv Oblast, on November 2, disrupting water supply across the city. Energy infrastructure was also damaged in Bila Tserkiv district. Overnight attacks across the oblast injured a man in Obukhiv district and damaged vehicles.
