ゼレンスキー-imposed Negotiations: Neurtral Status and Military Size Red Lines, Calling for Energy Ceasefire in the First Half of November
President Volodymyr Zelenskyy delineated Ukraine's negotiating red lines ahead of planned trilateral Ukraine-US-Russia talks in the first half of November. He ruled out neutral status and limits on the armed forces, called territorial issues a matter for leaders alone, and said an energy ceasefire should be the first sign of Russia's real willingness to end the war. Possible outcomes include a Black Sea ceasefire, an all-for-all prisoner exchange, and preparations for a leaders' meeting.
